This is a simple guide to help you choose your professions while doing enhancement shaman leveling. This is just based purely on the opinions of several top players of WoW Cataclysm that uses enhancement shaman talent. So far there are three talents available for shamans, these are the elemental, restoration and enhancement. There are several differences in abilities between the three, so just choose the one that you think will suit your gameplay.

Enhancement is probably the best leveling spec for solo gameplay shaman. The reason is that, this spec has the most mana efficient talent tree but still able to deal huge damage at the same time. Actually compared to elemental or resto shaman, enhancement shaman can deal the biggest damage with just minimum mana consumption.  However, this can only be appreciated after level 40, so in lower levels, the elemental shaman talent can be used first. The casting spec of elemental shaman comes in very handy, as it can boost the Chain lightning, Lightning Bolt, Totems and Shocks.

It is also important that you choose the right gear for your level. As for the stats, damage and the amount of damage you can block is increased by Strength. Lastly just like with other WoW classes, try to gather your quest so that you can complete as many as you can whenever you leave the town.
